Pipelines
The Pipelines feature provides a visual representation of your sales cycle, allowing you to systematically arrange your prospects according to labeled conversations in your inbox. As leads and prospects advance through the sales journey, they will also automatically move through your pipeline.

How Does It Work?
Labels
Each stage of your pipeline is a label. Each column or pipeline "stage" is based on one of the labels you're using to organize conversations with leads in your inbox. When you label a conversation in your inbox, the lead will populate as a "deal card" in the pipeline stage that corresponds with the label.
Note: Since the Pipelines feature relies heavily on labels being utilized, improper or inconsistent labeling can jeopardize the accuracy and integrity of your Pipeline data.
Deal Card
Once conversations with leads are labeled, they are immediately populated in the Pipeline organized by the name and company name associated with the lead, location, and the campaign they are enrolled in. By hovering over the deal card and clicking, you open up the message panel where you can continue a conversation with the lead.
You can click and drag the deal card to move it to different stages in the pipeline. By doing so, the label will also be updated to the associated pipeline stage.
Multiple Pipelines
You can create multiple pipelines to manage the different stages of your sales or customer lifecycle. You can customize your pipeline so it only includes relevant labels. If you are targeting different verticals, or have multiple service offerings and your target marketing is diverse, you can create different pipelines to better organize your leads.
Benefits & Value
Sales pipeline stages add a layer of accountability and make sales goals easier to achieve by breaking the sales process down into small, trackable tasks. For users that are accustomed to tools like Hubspot, this visual organization of leads can feel more accessible and easier to manage than solely operating from the account's inbox. With a pipeline, you are able to see exactly where their money, deals and other sales efforts are at all times. This is vital, given that you're juggling many sales prospects and deals and can’t afford to let anything slip through the cracks.
It’s also a powerful tool for sales managers who oversee a team of accounts and may want to collate and analyze data on how well their sales process is working, or not, so that they can optimize it accordingly. As a sales pipeline tracks a salesperson’s activities, it offers visibility into which sales activities are giving a company the greatest return.
