Now that you have configured Salesforce to allow our app to use your Pardot API, we now need to let the app know which user to use.

  1. In Salesforce Lightning, use the App Switcher to open Email Digest for Pardot

  2. Connect to the API (this step establishes secure communications for future API calls, keeping your configuration safe.

  3. Click Enter Credentials to provide us with the User you have configured.

    1. Select the Pardot Business Unit

    2. Select the Timezone for the User (very important to have accurate stats)

    3. Type in the Salesforce Username of the User you created earlier.

    4. When complete, the section should look like this

    5. Click Save

  4. Click Configure to provide us with where to Email the weekly digest

    1. Give this record a name

    2. Choose which day of the week you will receive the Email Digest

    3. Provide the Time Zone of the Recipient. They will receive it early in the afternoon

    4. (Optional) Provide your own message to include at the top of the Email Digest

    5. Select from one of the available templates

    6. Lastly, provide the Email address that will receive the email, as well as the First and Last Name. To have multiple recipients, you will need to create a distribution group.

    7. When complete, the section should look like this
