	Lab	LabOfficeResults	LabOfficeResults	Grants an alternate view of the Results module. The user will be able to view, but not manage results by a specific location.
	Lab	LabEditOrder	LabOrderWorkflow	Grants access to the "Orders" module. The permission grants the ability to Complete Order, Cancel Order, View Forms will launch the Print Services screen, Mark as New will change the selected Order Status to New, Send Out, Picked Up, Received, Switch Date will allow you to choose the date(s) of the Order.
	General	Home	Login	Allows the user to login to this facility
	General	NewVisit	NewVisit	Grants user access to New Visit in the Clinic Modules tab
	General	Miscellaneous	SupportAccess	Allows the user to submit tickets and see support phone numbers.
	General	Home	TabLab	Grants Access to view the "Lab" tab within GoRev banner
