While using your keyboard, your wrists should remain flat with as little ulnar or radial deviation as possible (no waving your hands at your keyboard!).
If your keyboard has those little legs up on the back, it’s probably best to put them down to maintain wrist neutrality.
While typing on your keyboard, try to not rest your wrists while typing. Hover your hands over your keyboard while you’re typing. And rest while not typing. If you rest your wrists, you’re using a lot of small muscles/tendons/ligaments, whereas if you hover you’re using much bigger muscle groups.
