Yield Profiles - Filters Overview
Filters can be applied to constrain the analysis of a yield profile by various fields, used alongside groupings, filters help to drill down to a granular level of detail to identify various trends, expose weaknesses or damaging flow.
A number of filters can be combined and applied at once to take a closer look at the selected parameters. Filters can be applied for a number of different parameters and can be made to be inclusive or exclusive
Filters contents
There are a number of ways to filter:
Using the filter button
Each row in the table below the yield profile chart has the functionality to filter by the loaded group
e.g. clicking the filter next to GBPUSD will add an instrument filter but not the counterparty displayed on the row (only applied once yield profiles are loaded)
Loading this will show all GBPUSD client trades grouped by instrument and counterparty for the timeperiod selected.
Multiple filters can be applied at once, the below has filters showing only GBPUSD, EURUSD and XAUUSD flow from counterparty 65522780
Clicking the drop down displays the filters applied, filters can be temporarily disabled by selecting and greying out, or removed by clicking the 'x' next to the fllter.
Selecting the 'x' next to Instrument or Counterparty will remove all filters applied in that category
Manual application
Clicking the filter button below the chart will display all possible filtering options. You are able to manually type into the text box or select a filter from the drop down list:
Favourites
Favourites can be saved and reused to quickly apply useful filters
e.g. noteable counterparties or instruments can be saved in favourites to save time on common analysis:
