Order Planning Details

🎉New Feature Announcement

  1. As an enhancement to current Order Visibility, we are adding more detailed information regarding the planning stage in the lifecycle of your shipments.

  2. We’ve introduced a new “card” to your order details page called Planned Itinerary, which provides information about the planned transit of your customer’s shipments.

  3. This information will be pulled directly from CargoWise, specifically from the Planning tab in your Orders module.

How will this improve things?

  1. This information will drive comfort for your customers as they can see the progression of the shipment in the orders planning phase. They will be able to see details like vessel name, voyage number, port information, and more, reinforcing their trust in you that the shipment is moving along.

  2. The sooner you can build trust with your customer, the better their experience with you will be. By adding these fields, they will be able to see for themselves that their order is moving along, driving comfort, trust, and loyalty with you.

  3. Your internal teams will also be able to access this information, saving them time and streamlining processes. Those who don’t access CargoWise regularly will now be able to quickly and easily access Orders information at any time.
