Welcome Email & Action Steps
A new member will receive an "ACTION REQUIRED: Log In Info for Branch Insurance" email once the policy is bound. This resource gives insight to what a member will see and give guidance to help them complete their onboarding.

This email is delivered immediately upon purchase and again shortly after if no action is immediately taken.

Steps to Take if Welcome Email is Not Received
There are a variety of reasons the email may not be in your inbox. Try the steps below in the order outlined.
- Check Spam or Junk folders first.
- If the email is there, you will need to move it to your Inbox to activate the links.
- Verify with Member Support that Branch has the proper email address correct in Account Details in Staff.
- You can ask Member Support to resend the application link to sign
- You can also have Member Support send a temporary password
- You will login with your email on file or 9 digits of the policy as username.
- And the temporary code emailed to you
- Then you will be prompted to reset your password

Emails and passwords are case sensitive.
Next Steps for your Coverage Email
After the app is signed, we send a Welcome message to your cell phone via text/push notifications with links to important documents, such as ID cards and your Binder document. We will continue to email you to collect Inventory pictures, SPP pictures, Good Student Grades, etc when applicable.
