Multi-package Shipments
When creating a multi-package shipment, there are two ways this can happen. You can create them going to the same person/destination, using the same carrier service, or you can create multiples going to different customers or a different location.
When you are shipping to the same customer using the same carrier service, you can create as many as needed, and if you make a mistake down the line on one of the many shipments, you will have the opportunity to delete the incorrect shipment and/or create another.
To do this, begin your first shipment and before you click Finish to print the label, you will click the + Another button to begin the next shipment.
Once you have processed all shipments, you will have the option to review them to ensure all are there or delete any you don't need or need to cancel to reprocess correctly.
If everything is correct, you can then click Finish to complete the shipments and print the labels.
* Keep in mind, the labels printed from PostalMate will still reflect 1 of 1 although created as a multi-package shipment.
