Liven Engage DNS Setup Guide
Client Setup Guide for Email Authentication
Why This Matters?
To ensure your email campaigns sent via Liven Engage reach your customers’ inboxes and not their spam folders, you need to verify your domain by updating DNS records on your hosting platform — in this case, GoDaddy.
These records include:
1. SPF (Sender Policy Framework): Tells receiving servers Liven can send on your behalf.
2. DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail): Protects your messages from being tampered with.
3. DMARC: Gives you control and visibility over how your domain is used in emails.
