1 Introduction

2.1 Function entrance

Click the "Data Management" to enter the "All Data" page

2.2 Function details

On the "All Data" page, you can perform detailed data operations, such as modifying, deleting, printing, etc.

2.2.1 Data classification

In "All Data", the data will be classified according to the process node and status.

2.2.2 Import

On the "All Data" page, data can be imported. For details, please refer to

2.2.5 Delete

Check the data that needs to be deleted and click the "Delete" button. You can choose to delete the currently selected data or delete all data. The maximum amount of data to be deleted at a time is 20,000.

Deleted data will first enter the data recycle bin. For details, please refer to

Check the data that needs to be modified and click the "Modify" button. You can choose to modify the currently selected data or modify all data. For details, please refer to

1. Function introduction

Within a limited number of days, deleted data is temporarily stored to facilitate timely recovery of accidentally deleted data or complete deletion of abandoned data.

2.Usage steps

2.1 Function entrance

the "Data Management" interface and click "Recycle Bin"

2.2 Operations in the Recycle Bin

In the data recycle bin, you can perform data recovery, permanent deletion, select the display mode of condensed view/detailed view, search, etc.

2.2.1 Data recovery

Click "Restore" to choose to restore selected data or all data. After the data is restored from the recycle bin, it will be restored to the process node before deletion, and Q-robot outside the process can be triggered, and the number will continue to use the number before data deletion. After recovery, a new recovery node will be added to the process.

2.2.2 Permanent deletion of data

Click "Permanently Delete" to completely delete the discarded data and make it irrecoverable.

  • After the data is deleted, when data is added again, the numbers will continue to be sorted according to the existing rules and will not be added as the numbers of the deleted data.

3. Precautions

  • Public cloud storage time is 60 days, private cloud storage time is 365 days
  • The process log can display the recovery of relevant data and clear nodes.
  • The data number will be deleted or restored along with the data. When data is added again, the numbers will continue to be sorted according to the existing rules and will not be added as the numbers of the deleted data. When the data is restored, the numbers will continue to use the numbers before the data was deleted.
  • Data in the recycle bin does not support opening data details
  • Data deleted in "Drafts" cannot be entered into the data recycle bin.
  • Operations in the recycle bin require super administrators, system administrators and data administrators to perform operations, and ordinary members cannot operate them.
