Adding a new White Label Store

1. Add metafields

The metafield name and type should match exactly what is in the OMS-WL store.

• The defaulted type that should be used is Single line text as a List of values. This cannot be changed later after being saved.

Ensure when you are adding a metafield you copy and paste the key and not the name. The name can always be edited later but not the key. When you click on Add definition --> add the Namespace and Key before you fill out the Name field.

2. Export Products from Matrixify

Click New Export

Use the Energy Sage Export under the Preset dropdown to export all products, smart collections, pages, and shop details:

This template will be prepopulated with all of the categories needed to complete a successful import into the new store.

Always make sure to include the following key under the Metafields section before completing your export:

3. Add the theme (dev)
4. Import the products

Take your export file and import into the new store - there will most likely be errors in the first import.

For example, in the below import for the Energy Sage store it came back with an error that a value was missing in a certain metafield.

Based off the details provided in the above import comment, we are missing a value in the product type and need to refer back to our original store to verify the missing information.

After comparing what is in the Energy Sage store versus the Qmerit store, we can see that Faster Charging is missing as a metafield option. Be sure to update Energy Sage so it includes Faster Charging and re-do your import.

It is VERY important to make sure all metafields match and include all of the preset details from the original store.

We are only able to upload about 10 entries at a time, so you will need to complete multiple imports in order to get all of the items in the new store.

Download your successful import results and open your original export file. Remove the already imported products from your export sheet and import again.

Keep importing until all items are in the new store.

5. Copy the navigation
1. Go to the Navigation screen under Online Store and add each menu one by one.
1. All of the information (title, handle, menu items, and links) should match exactly with the Qmerit store
1. For example: Charger Accessories should include Adapters, Extension Cables, and Socket Splitters as menu items.

1. Then, it should include the exact same link that is displayed under edit menu item.

6. Search & Discovery

2. Change the fonts, colors, etc.
3. Add the logo in brands
