Your desk or table is going to be pretty stationary and you’re most likely not going to be able to raise or lower it, which is why it’s important that you’re able to make adjustments to other aspects of your workstation to work around the height of your desk. Proper working height is ideally between 27 - 29 inches. Measure your desk/table. It’s probably not in that range, is it? It’s probably higher than that. Manufacturers make products for giants, apparently. That means you may need to bring yourself UP to your desk height.
You’re at the right height when your elbows are comfortably between 90-110 degrees.
