Transfer a Balance from one account to another
Use Case: When a customer has a balance on an account and it is to be transferred to an Active account.
Path: Utility Billing > Service Accounts > Search Final/Inactive Account > at the Work with Service Accounts Screen right click on the account and select Transfer Balance (Seen in the Blue Section)

Enter the Account Number that the balance will be transferred to
Process Transfer: Change from No to Yes and select Submit
Note: Be sure to go to the account the balance was transferred to and look at the Transaction History Tab to see if the transfer was successful. It should be shown like the example below.
