CALLS FOR PROPOSALS

A Call for Proposals is a container that has the unique function of gathering projects that answer a specific research questions configured like a competition, with rules for participation and an application process. It’s a particularly useful feature to mobilize a community and foster friendly competition, or identify outstanding projects and reward them.

A Call for Proposals can only be launched via a Community.

< how would a hub launch a call for proposal with partners -> they would create a community that’s an interface with the partner and then launch the CFP>

To learn more about how to manage a Community you have created, refer to the Administrator Interface section

Example. If you have a Community you can launch a Call for Proposals, in an effort to, for example, start a friendly competition for a crowdsourced prize.
