Intercom: Inbox Information & Quick Links
When you have a conversation open in the chat view, you can see additional information on the right hand side. You can adjust what data you want to see and in what order.

Recents Events
Here you can see recents user events and it's meta data. Those events include, all stripe events, booking events and user events (from the event log in FT) as well as Trip Flow Events. The most recent event will show on top:

Here you can see recent charges (with even more details than in the 'Recent Event' section above), and also open the customer in Stripe:

Open the User Page and the User Bookings List in Fleet Tool:
Note: You can also open the User Page in Intercom, by hovering over the User Icon and then click on the full name:
This will bring you to the User Page in Intercom:

To see recent conversations, either open the Intercom User Page (screenshot above), or check out 'recent conversations' from the inbox:
