How do I use this training package?

This training package is intended for Guru CSM and customer champion use. The purpose of this training package is to provide all the resources necessary to effectively train authors on a team. Please make a copy of any of the resources below before using.

Surveys:

This is how we'll get a before and after view of the training.
Use these surveys as a template - make a copy of them in Google Forms and then customize as needed.
