How to Sign out from Outlook
Why would you want to do this? There's a number of issues that Outlook can have that can be resolved by signing out and back in, kind of like rebooting your computer. The most common issue that this can resolve is "Trying to Connect"', where Outlook cannot reach the server to update your Inbox.
After opening Outlook, select "File in the upper left corner
On the next screen, select "Office Account" in the bottom left
Once on that screen, look under "User Information" and select the blue link "Sign Out"
The following pop up will then appear, select "Sign Out
After this, close the program and relaunch it. When you do, you'll get the following pop up and select "Sign In
Enter your email in the following pop up, and after that you will be logged back in!
