Label Printer Setup in PostalMate

Assign Label Printer in PostalMate

Before You Begin

  • Confirm your label printer is installed on the computer.
  • Ensure you know which printer will be used for:
    • 4" x 6" shipping labels
    • 8.5" x 11" customs forms

Assign Label Printer

  1. In PostalMate, go to:
    Tools > PostalMate Settings
  2. Select Label Settings from the left pane.
  3. In the Printer Name column:
    • Select your 4" x 6" label printer for each carrier label type and any other labels that print on 4x6.
    • Select your report printer for any label size listed as 8.5" x 11".
  4. The Qty field will automatically populate with 1 after selecting a printer.
  5. Click Save when finished.

Important Notes

  • Labels must be assigned one by one.
  • Verify each carrier label type is properly mapped before exiting settings.
