Renter's Insurance

We want to help you to protect your personal items and the owner's home. That's why we require all residents to have a renter insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000. Please make sure that GPS Renting is listed as an interested party. Please refer to your lease for detailed information.

We don't use AppFolio renter insurance because of the limited coverage and protection for you. Please purchase your own renter insurance and add GPS Renting as an interested party. After you have done that, you can either submit your insurance proof on your portal (screenshot below) or send the proof to care@gpsrenting.com. Please allow 48 hours to process recording your own renter's insurance.

Please make sure to provide your update renters insurance before it expires or you would be subject to a $500 monthly fee for not having active renters insurance.
