Delamination
You might see Extruder Grinding. Extruder Grind might be a more common with a Bowden Extrusion Setup.
Small adjustments in increasing the temperature might have a large impact on preventing Delamination. Try doing a Nozzle Temperature Testing.
Poor Extrusion could cause Delamination.
Too much heat loss from the Parts Cooling Fan or Hotend Cooling Fan could contribute to Delamination.
A Clogged Nozzle might contribute to Extrusion issue that cause Delamination.
If you are printing with ABS, try using; Blocking Duct, Draft Shield, Enclosure, and lower Part Cooling.
