I Think I am Infected! Help!
- Turn off your computer RIGHT AWAY
- Do not just close the lid on your laptop. Hold the power button down until the laptop actually shuts off or pull the power cord if it's a desktop.
- Communicate for IT support:
- If possible, submit a ticket to support@accelerationpartners.com or the AP Service Desk app from your mobile or another device.
- Message the tech team (Joe, Said, and Shane) via DM on Slack from your mobile with the situation
