Z Offset

Before adjusting the Z Offset, see Bed Leveling.

If the print is not sticking to the build plate, lower the Z Offset value. For example from -1.0 to -1.1.
If it's too difficult to remove the print from the build plate, increase the Z Offset value. For example from -1.0 to -0.9.

G31 P500 X-42 Y-4 Z1.8 ; set Z probe trigger value, offset and trigger height

A larger number moves the Nozzle closer to the bed.
