Added Modified By and Date Modified Fields to Digital Registration

We’ve added a “Modified By” and “Date Modified” field to the Digital Registration editor. Users can now see who last edited a digital registration entry and when the update occurred. This provides greater transparency and improves auditability when managing digital registrations.
