Average & Total Using Reading History Report

This report is the most used consumption report. There are many parameters & sort options in this report. It will summarize the average & total, it includes the average & total consumption and total demand consumption. The detail report will list the account number, status, name, service address description, city limit class code, service code, rate code, meter size, number of units, cycle number, billing period, total consumption & total demand consumption.

  • Cycle/route/district (blank for all) field is optional; however, you may enter a particular cycle, route or district or leave it blank to capture all cycles, routes, and districts (if applicable).
  • Account status: Select one (Include All Accounts Status, Inactive, Not Inactive)
  • Bill account status: Select one (Include All Bill Account Status, Bill Account, Do Not Bill This Account, Skip Next Billing for Cycle, Hold, Include If Not Set To Bill)
  • Class codes (blank for all) field is optional; however, you may enter a particular class code or leave it blank to capture all the class codes
  • City limit code: Select one (Both, Inside, Outside)
  • Meter size codes (blank for all) field is optional; however, you may enter a particular meter size or leave it blank to capture all meter sizes
  • Account type: Select one (Include All Accounts, Include Only Accounts That Have Sewer, Omit Accounts That Have Sewer)
  • From/to billing period (MMYYYY): Enter the from and to dates for the billing periods that you wish to include in this report.
  • Detail or summary: Select one (Summary or Detail)
  • Sort by: Select one (Account number, Class Code, Rate Code, Meter Size Code, Rate Code & Meter Size Code, Consumption, Class Code & Rate Code, Cycle & Billing Period, Billing Period, Billing Period & Class Code, Billing Period & Rate Code, Billing Period & Meter Size Code, Billing Period & Route Number, Billing Period & District, Billing Period & Class Code & Rate Code
  • Service: Enter the service code for ex: WT (water)
  • Include Rate Codes: You may enter a specific rate code or leave it blank
  • Exclude Rate Codes: You may exclude a rate code if you don’t want it on the report
