💡Good to know: The intended audience for this guide is clients that have been approved for AllianceHCM’s prewire payroll process. AllianceHCM reserves the right to disallow access to its trust check or direct deposit service at any time.
Client prewire payroll process instructions
- Two Days Before Check Date: Client submits payroll by 2pm CT. NOTE: If you do not process your payroll by 2pm CT two days before your check date, your check date will be automatically moved by AllianceHCM until a two business-day lead time can be accommodated.
Example: For a Friday check date, payroll must be submitted by 2pm CT on Wednesday. - Following the payroll submission, the Payroll Summary Report will be automatically emailed to the payroll contact on the client’s account. At the bottom of the payroll summary in the Transfers section will be Total Transfers, which is the amount needing to be wired for the payroll. See the image at the end of this article for an example.
- One Day Before Check Date: The client will send a wire to AllianceHCM by 12pm Central. Please note that AllianceHCM will not release the payroll until wire confirmation is received by the recipient bank (Amegy Bank).
Example: For a Friday check date, the wire must be submitted by 12pm CT on Thursday. - Wire instructions are listed below to Amegy Bank. Be sure add your client number in the wire reference field.
*Any amounts owed in addition to any payroll funds must be collected before any new payrolls are released.
