Company Signatures by Location
Please reference the Company-approved email signatures by location below. These are available to copy/paste for convenience.
Please update the signature with your relevant information and verify formatting before saving!
- For Cell Phone numbers for sales roles that are communicating with customers, please use your Car Wars Agent Line if applicable. All customer communication must be done through approved methods. If you do not have an agent line or are not sure, please double check with your General Manager before adding your cell to your signature.
Setting Signatures in Outlook:

- Creating a signature in Outlook on iPhone
- Open the Outlook mobile app and go to Settings.
- Tap on your account and then tap Signature.
- Enter/Paste your Company signature text in the box provided.
- Once you're happy with your signature, tap Save.
