STEPS

  1. From the Google Ads view, navigate to the upper right portion of the screen and click "Help". Alternatively, you may go directly to this Contact Us Page and jump to Step 5 for the rest of the process.

  2. A side bar will appear, and will offer you some articles which may help you with your questions. If none of those answer your questions, scroll down and click "Contact Us".

  3. Input your query from the space provided and click "Next Step".

  4. Choose the best description of this issue then scroll down and click "Next Step".

  5. Select your Google Ads account and choose your preferred means of communication (Call, Chat, Email).

  6. You will then be connected to a Google Ads Specialist to assist you with your concern.
