Windows: How to get OS system information

( you can see it here or read the following steps)

From your computer start window or file explorer, search your computer for the following:

"this pc"

Then right click on the App and select "Properties".

Take a screenshot of the screen and send it. It should look similar to this, where the "Windows Specification" part is fully visible:
