A how-to-guide to finding ID cards in the app

👁️ Note: A member can find their ID cards:

From the App login screen (only if you have logged in before)

From the footer on any screen, when logged into the App

Locating ID Cards

Login Screen

  1. Click See my ID Cards
    1. Only available if you have logged in before
  2. If there are multiple drivers on the policy, you will be prompted to pick which driver first.
  3. If you want/need to switch the driver, you can click Switch Driver
    1. You will be taken back to the Who's driving? screen
  4. If you have a Renewal policy, you can select to view cards associated with that
  5. At the bottom of the ID Cards you can click View printable version to be taken to a doc that you can forward to print as well

Logged Into the App

  1. From any screen on the app, you can click on the ID Card tab in the footer
  2. If there are multiple drivers on the policy, you will be prompted to pick which driver first
  3. If you want/need to switch the driver, you can click Switch Driver
    1. You will be taken back to the Who's driving? screen
  4. If you have a Renewal policy, you can select to view cards associated with that
  5. At the bottom of the ID Cards, you can click View printable version to be taken to a doc that you can forward to print as well

On the second tab at the bottom of the screen (ID Card), you can find your ID cards for your vehicle(s). These are electronic copies to show proof of insurance.

You must have Author or Collection Owner permission to create Guru Cards. Contact your team's Guru admins to use this template.
