Admin Hub Printing

Multifunction copier / printers are available at both Admin Hubs for staff use. See also Printing in Color from a Windows Laptop at the Admin Hub.

Download and Install the Print Driver

Instructions for installing the print driver onto your laptop are below and also on the IT website (scroll to the bottom for instructions specific to the Admin Hubs).

The wireless printer drivers listed below can only be used in the Administrative Hubs located at 79 Fifth Ave, floor 17 and 113 University Place, floor 6.

Select the version appropriate to your laptop.

Windows Download x86 (32-bit)
Windows Download x64 (64-bit)
Mac OS Download (10.11 and up)

Note: that macOS Monterey (12.0.1) is not supported at this time

Enter your NetID username and password to authenticate your access.

Note: Only those individuals who authenticate as “staff” will be able to download the software.

How to Print

Print your file to the appropriate printer/copier.
Using the Pharos Print app on your phone, scan the copier’s QR code to release the print job.
