Proper Ergonomics: Mouse (via Noom)

Mouse

  1. Having your mouse as close to your keyboard will prevent any awkward external reach.

  2. Making sure your mouse is the right size for your hand is important. Too small and you’re at risk for carpal tunnel. Too big and you’re using more muscle than needed to move your mouse around.

  3. Ergonomic mice are nice! There are many to choose from. Vertical mice put your hand in a more anatomically neutral position.
