TPU

Flexible Thermoplastic Urethanes (TPU) range between Shore A 60 – 90.
TPU is perceptible to Moisture Damage. Drying TPU in an oven set to 70 C for an hour might improve print quality. Drying might need to occur if the filament is exposed between 2-7 days.
If you're using a G10 Bed, it's recommended to not Heat the Bed.
Ender 3 Filament holder 80mm spools
TPU might stick too well to PEI Bed, consider using a Glass Bed.
Consider a Larger Nozzle, for example a 0.8mm.
Slicer settings:
The below settings are recommendations and should be adjusted as needed.
- Start with 10% infil and Infill Pattern-Concentric for a squishier result.
- Nozzle Temperature: 220 C - 250 C
- Bed Temperature: 30 C
- Print Speed: 20 mm/s (Under 50 mm/s)
- Consider turning off retractions
- Consider Combing Mode
- Consider turning off Z Hop
