You will now be able to invite an agent (external user), let them create booking requests, booking options and submit option details directly on Logixboard, further streamlining your booking process while providing a modern customer experience to your clients!

• Provide your customers with a more complete digital booking experience.
• Reduce confusion and manual communications between you, your customers and agents by centralizing critical booking information directly in Logixboard.
• Make it easier to onboard your clients into the bookings solution by increasing collaboration between parties involved during the booking process.
• Increase internal efficiency and reduce data entry by giving agents the ability to input booking data directly into Logixboard.
• Ensure the agent stays in the loop without needing your intervention thanks to automated notifications as the booking moves forward.

💪 How Does This Feature Work?

• You will be able to add an agent (external user) to Logixboard in order for them to create and manage their bookings.
• The agent will be able to create a booking request so you can get visibility into the booking requests they are working on.
• The agent will be able to provide scheduling options and rates for you to review and pass along to your customer.
• You will be able to review the agent booking options before they become visible to your customer.
• You will be able to provide a rate to your customer different than the one the agent submitted so you can add a margin on top of the agent rate, if needed.
  Disclaimer: The agent will not be able to see if you added a margin to their initial rate
• The agent will know when a sailing has been approved so they can finalize the booking with the carrier.

• How are rates visualized within the Agent Experience?
  You can see both the rate and the rate with margin
  The Agent can only see the rate they put into the system
  Your customer can only see the rate with margin

• Can I route shipper requests to an agent?
  Not at this time
  
• Can I auto-assign agents to shipments?

• Can the agent provide schedules and costs along with the booking details?

• Can I review agent-provided options and rates before my customer sees them?
  You will be able to review the options and rates provided by the agent, add margins to the rate, and show/hide them at your convenience.
