How to record your screen

About Screen Recordings 💡

Think screenshot, but video! Some devices offer built-in ways to record your screen, whereas others may require using a 3rd party application. In this article, we’ll review your options for recording the screen on your devices.

Why our team requires a recording 👀

A screen recording will capture everything happening on your device’s screen. A recording helps us understand your exact issue quickly and easily and will mean that we can work on resolving it faster.

This is especially useful when our team cannot replicate your issue or want to learn more about your workflow leading up to a problem.
