Manage Shipments
As of GoRev version v2022.04.18, Manage Shipments have been added under Lab Modules. Manage shipments is also accessible from the lab orders screen.
Managing Shipments
To begin, you will first need to select whether this is an inbound or outbound shipment. Once confirmed, click on New Shipment to create a new shipment.
Next, you may select or enter your preferred location and additional information. If available, a barcode can be scanned by way of clicking on the Scan icon in the top left.
Once entered, click on the Save icon under shipment details icon to save your changes.
Creating Custom Statuses
The type of shipment, courier, and shipment status are all customizable. To do so, you must navigate to the Setup section and select either option.
For this example, we will be creating a custom shipment status. By default, the statuses In Transit, Received, and Completed can be selected via the status dropdown. To create a custom shipment status, click on the Manage Statuses icon, select New Item, and enter the shipment status into the Value field. Once entered, click Save. The newly entered status will be visible in the dropdown field.
Both Manage Couriers and Manage Types will abide by the same above mentioned steps.
How To Hide and Unhide Shipments
To hide shipments, click on the Hide icon.
To Unhide a shipment, click on the Ignore Hidden filter at the top, select your hidden shipment, and click on the Unhide icon
How To Export To CSV
Under the actions section, there exists two options to export. Export Shipment Items, will export the shipment items as a CSV file.
Export to Excel, will export the Shipments as a CSV file.
