Added a new user preference that allows for disabling the unsaved changes warning messages on Patient Overview.

In the top right hand corner of the main GoRev screen, click your your username then select Preferences.

Select the Patient Overview option on the left-hand side. Unchecking the Unsaved Warnings box will remove the warning. This warning is checked on by default.
