Email Template
1. Introduction
Customize email templates for quick and distinct node reminders.
2. How to Use Templates
2.1. Create an Email Template
Step1: Navigate to "Application-Extension Settings", select "Email Template" from the sidebar, and click "Start Creation".
Step2: Configure and preview your email template. Once added, the template appears as shown in the figure below and can be edited or deleted as needed.
2.2. Select Customized Reminder Content
Access: Go to "Extended Settings" then "Reminder Settings" to set custom reminder content for different nodes.
Configuration: Click the edit button of the reminder method to:
- Configure custom reminder titles. Default titles are used if not customized.
- Select the email template for each reminder item. Refer to the figure below for guidance.
3. Description
- Custom Email Title: Supports up to 200 characters. The following fields can be inserted:
- Form Fields: All types except attachment upload, table, rich text, description text, text recognition, quotation, paragraph, Q-Linker.
- System Fields: Number, applicant, application time, update time, current process status.
4. Language-Related Aspects
Before Custom Email Template Setting:
- Members: Email language follows the recipient's personal language settings.
- Dynamic Mailbox: Email language follows the external link language setting.
After Custom Email Template Setting:
- The email language is determined by the user's settings, independent of external link language or personal language settings.
