Drop Off Receipts
In PostalMate, there is no way to reprint the drop-off receipt if it was not printed during the transaction. You would need to void the shipment and scan again. The good news is, now you do have the option to send it via email and/or print the receipt upon the recording of the transaction.
In PostalMate > Tools > PostalMate Settings > Drop-Off Settings > Receipt options preselected: and you have the option to choose Printed, Email or Both. Make sure you have the radio button selected and Enabled for Emailed Receipts. Don't forget to Save your settings before exiting out of your PostalMate Settings.
Now we enter our drop-off(s). The checkmark indicates your default settings.
Once you click Record, this window will pop up. Here is where you can manually enter the email address or choose your method of receipt delivery.
Your accepting of Drop-offs process is now complete.
Remember, you are unable to reprint a drop-off receipt.
