Data ID

1 Introduction

Each piece of submitted data in light flow has a unique identification ID, which is the data ID.

This can be done directly through the data ID:

• Data query and reference can strengthen the linkage between data in the light flow system .

2. Functional use

Filter data with references

Fields can connect to data from other applications. The person filling out the form only needs to select the data they want to reference in the target application, and the field values in the data will appear in the current form in the form of cards. The value of the reference field is the data ID set of the referenced data.

Or , if you want to set the filter conditions to limit the relationship between the data collection referenced in the form and the associated data, you need to set the relationship between the reference field and the data ID.

Example: If you want to associate the phone number field of the referenced data in the trial class information, select the single-line text field, and select the default content to associate existing data.

After associating the target application, set the filter conditions to [data ID] [equal to] [reference field name]

The effect achieved is: after selecting the reference data, the parent contact information is automatically associated.

3. Precautions

• Apply Id parameter used in the connection function .
• During filter configuration, data IDs can be matched against specific data ID strings under custom conditions.
