Hot Seat/Shared Office Program

The hot seat/shared office program offers a stipend for fixed term and full time faculty who participate. The form opens mid-August each year. Faculty who do not respond will be understood to continue with their current office arrangement for the coming year.

Hot seat ($185 per pay period): No assigned working space on campus. Instead, you'll utilize general work spaces.

Shared office ($115 per pay period): A dedicated space shared with your colleagues (specific number of people depends on the room). Specific room assignments are given once space becomes available. If space is unavailable at the moment, then you'll be assigned the hot seat option.
