Expectation
The number of unplanned issues should be max 10%.
How an indicator is measured
Sprint interruption % = number of resolved issues in the sprint with 'Ad-hoc' component divided by number of all resolved issues in the sprint
Action
Is the amount of sprint interruption is high, the grooming is not working or the overall sprint preparation phase is of low quality.
