New!! Dashboard Upgrade

💡 What Is This Update?

We are revamping the main dashboard in Logixboard by adding two new features

  1. Your customers want to be able to switch between an export and import focused view. We are adding a global toggle so users can switch between arrivals/imports and departures/exports.
  2. We will group exceptions by categories that your customers find helpful. These categories will help your customers quickly find the exceptions that matter to them.

🚀 How Does This Help You and Your Customer?

Value to your customers:

  • Reduce manual operations by being able to quickly find the exception you are interested in.
  • Reduce clutter and increase efficiency when using our digital platform
  • Reduced noise means more value using exceptions and reminders
  • Easier to manage a large number of shipments, no more need to dig through critical exceptions and reminders

Value to you:

  • Give your customers flexibility when viewing imports and exports
  • Improve your customers' experience by giving them the ability to quickly find relevant exceptions and reminders
  • Simplify usage of your digital platform by letting your customers visualize data in the way they prefer

👀 UPDATE 1: Arrival & Departure Toggle

In the dashboard there will now be a global toggle so users can switch between arrivals/imports and departures/exports.

Departure View Changes:

Switching the toggle from Arrivals to Departures updates the following:

  • This week's departure card: displays the shipments that are scheduled to depart from the Origin Port, instead of the shipments that are scheduled to arrive at the destination port or final destination.
  • ETDs updated in the inbox card: displays the ETDs that have been updated, instead of the ETAs updated, during the time period selected.
  • Estimated departures card: displays the shipments that are scheduled to depart, instead of the arriving shipments, during the time period selected.

❓FAQs

  1. Can users see both ETAs Updated and ETDs Updated in the Inbox at the same time? No, you will see ETAs Updated when the Arrivals toggle is selected and ETDs Updated when the Departures toggle is selected.
  2. If a particular user sets the toggle to Departures does that mean all other users in that organization would see the Departures view as well? The toggle is user-specific, every user has the option to switch between the two views at any time and whatever a user sets only applies to that specific user.
  3. Can users re-arrange the order of the categories?
    Not at this time
  4. I don't see a certain category that I saw before, why is that?
If none of your shipments have exceptions that fall into a certain category we do not display that category. E.g. if you have no "Planned ETA missed" or "Container(s) not delivered on time" exceptions for the time frame selected, then the "Arrival Delays" exception category will not be displayed.
  5. Will bookings exceptions and reminders be displayed here?
    Not at this time
