LogMeIn 123 - Start a Session

starting the support session

  1. Once you've logged into the LogMeIn Rescue Technician Console, click on New Session.image.png

  2. Click on Create PIN Code. It will reveal the pin code that the user enters at logmein123.com. If you close the window, it will also display the code where it shows "Console Ready" in the screenshot for step 1. SEE SECOND PICTURE. USER WILL NEED TO ENTER THE URL, NOT SEARCH FOR THE PAGE.image.png

  3. User enters the code and then runs/downloads the file. You'll get a play button to start the sessionimage.png

  4. Enter jake.little credentials (or $aa if they're on site/VPN). The user will see the following prompt afterwards

  5. Launch Remote Control Session. The user will see the following prompt afterwards
