IC Contract Modification

Payments may only be issued to an independent contractor (IC), a type of service provider, when within the stated engagement period, cost, and other terms of their contract. To request changes to an approved contract with an IC, please complete the IC Modification Template (below) and submit to Procurement Services at iccompliance@newschool.edu immediately. They will evaluate your request and determine if a new contract will need to be signed in alignment with the Service Provider Policy.

NOTE: Contracts with vendors and other types of service providers may only be changed in My New Source by initiating a Contract Request for an "Amendment."
