Making a Guru card naming convention
Start by looking at your Searches Producing Results in Analytics to see what your team is searching for. Make sure you are working in the same language that they are searching.
Be specific. What is unique about this card? What is in this card that is in no other card?
Be concise. How can you convey what is unique about this card in as few words as possible?
Come back to the searcher's experience. If an employee sees this card in a list of search results, will they know right away it's the right card? Include key words your agents will search for, and make sure the title works effectively with your established tag structure.
