Approve Timesheets

SUMMARY

The SUPERINTENDENT will review and approve timesheets that the GENERAL FOREMAN previously reviewed for their crew's labor hours in the Timesheets tool.

PREREQUISITIES

PROCEDURE

  • Navigate to the project's Timesheets tool.
  • Find the timesheet(s) you want to review.
  • Review your employee and worker time entries line-by-line for accuracy and completeness.
  • Click the Change Status button in the bottom right corner and select Approved from the drop-down list.
  • Repeat the steps above for each timesheet.
