Once you’ve ensured Prompt is activated in your main CPP profile, you must activate Prompt within every student’s account that you would like to access Prompt. You can do this by clicking into the student account and scrolling down until you see ‘Enable Prompt.’
Once your student has colleges on their ‘My List’ in CPP, they should sync automatically to Prompt.
If you login to your Prompt account and you’re still not seeing your students after you’ve confirmed Prompt is activated in their accounts on CPP and they have schools on their college list, you can go to your Organization tab and conduct a hard sync by clicking the circle of arrows in the upper right hand corner.
Once you’ve conducted a hard sync and your students’ names populate in your organization tab, make sure that the ‘Active’ and ‘School List’ boxes are checked next to your students’ names so they will show up in your main ‘Students’ tab.

Adding Essay Review Only (ERO) Students
Follow the above instructions to access Prompt through your account type (i.e. CPP, GP, or Standalone)
Navigate to the Organization tab
Enter your student’s first and last name, email address, as well as their class year. If they are assigned to a specific advisor, you can assign them to that advisor at this time.
