Patient Details Reports

Welcome to the GoRev Patient Details Reports Tutorial. In this tutorial, we will focus on the process of running Patient Details Reports in GoRev.

1 : Navigating to the "Reports and Workflows" Window

Click on the “Reports” button.

Click on the Patient Details tile in this window.

3 : Utilizing the Patient Details Report Filters

the Report Filters window, you will have the ability to customize the content of your Patient Details Report using the “All” and “By MRN” filters in this window.

4 : Navigating to the All Window

Click on the “All” tile.

5 : Viewing Your Default Patient Details Report

The All window as a default, the Patient Details Report in this window will include details for All Patients in your Selected Facility.

6 : Opening the Active Facilities Menu

Click on the “Active Facilities” button.

7 : Selecting Required Facility or Facilities

Select any Facility or Facilities that you require from the list.

8 : Removing Selected Facility or Facilities

click on the corresponding Facility in the Active Facilities drop-down menu.

9 : Further Narrowing Your Report Content

Enter the appropriate search term into the Search Field present in the upper left corner of the window.

10 : Including All Facilities in Your Report

Click on the “Select All” option from the Active Facilities drop-down menu.

Use the “Clear Selection” option in this menu.

12 : Creating a Report Schedule

You can send your report to a specific email on a weekly, customized schedule by using the “Schedule Report” button in the Report section of the toolbar.

13: Exporting Your Report

Click on the “Export” button in the toolbar.

Select the appropriate Export Option from the list and save the file to your device.

14: Navigating to the "Print Options" Window

Click on the “Print” button in the Patient Account section of the toolbar.

15: Locating the Available Print Modes

The “Print Options” window will appear on your device. In this window, you have the ability to Print the Patient Details Report using two Print Modes titled “All Rows” and “Selected Rows”.

16: Utilizing the "All Rows" Print Mode

Click on the “All Rows” button in the Print Mode area of the “Print Options” window.

Utilize the “Selected RowsPrint Mode in this window.

Utilize the “Selected RowsPrint Mode, please verify that the Patient Visits that you require are selected in the Patient Details Report on your screen prior to beginning the printing process.

18: Including Patient Records in the Printed Material

Select the Patient Record type or types that you require from the list present in the “Include Patient Records” area of this window.

19: Completing the Printing Process

Click on the “Print” button in the “Print Options” window to complete the report printing process.

Click on the “Patient Details” tile present in the “Reports and Workflows” window.

21: Entering the Required MRN

The “By MRN” window will appear on your device. In order to run a Patient Details Report that includes details for a Specific Patient in your Selected Facility, please enter the corresponding Medical Record Number into the “MRN” field on your screen.

Click on the “Go” button in this window.

Use the steps discussed above to tailor the report to your needs.
