Election Day Voting Time Off For Hourly Employees

This card provides guidance for hourly employees to enter time off for Election Day. Please note that the allowed time for election day is 2 hours.

  1. Log into MyDay. See Logging into MyDay if you need assistance.
  2. Click your profile avatar in the upper right and select View Profile.

  3. Select Actions on the left hand side.

  4. Select Time and Absence and Enter My Time.

  5. A calendar will display. Select Tuesday, November 5, 2024 and click within the hours to bring up the time entry window.

  6. in Time Type field, use the drop down and select Time Off.

  7. Select Election Day Voting Time Off.

  8. The allowed Daily Quantity is up to 2 hours. Daily Quantities over 2 hours will result in an error message.

  9. Select OK to submit the time off request.
