Election Day Voting Time Off For Hourly Employees

This card provides guidance for hourly employees to enter time off for Election Day. Please note that the allowed time for election day is 2 hours.

  1. Log into MyDay. See Logging into MyDay if you need assistance.
  2. On the Upper Left hand side select Menu

  3. Select Time Off under Personal

  4. Request Time Off
    1. Log into MyDay and navigate to the Time Off and Leave Hub following the instructions in Step 1
    2. You will see your balances displayed below, select Request Time Off

  5. A calendar will display. Select Tuesday, November 4, 2025 and click within the hours to bring up the time entry window.

  6. in Time Type field, use the drop down and select Time Off.

  7. Select Election Day Voting Time Off.

  8. The allowed Daily Quantity is up to 2 hours. Daily Quantities over 2 hours will result in an error message.

  9. Select OK to submit the time off request.
