How to find your Facebook page role

Not all Facebook roles are created equal. For example, users with Facebook task access can add a social profile on Later but do not have the necessary permissions to connect an Instagram profile to a Facebook page.

Because of these nuances, you can encounter errors when connecting your profiles. We've compiled a handy guide to help you quickly take screenshots of your page roles which will help our support team guide you on resolving any issues.

How to find your page role 💪

STEPS:

  1. Log into Facebook, then click your profile photo in the top right.
  2. Click See all profiles, then select the Page you want to switch into.
  3. Click your Page's profile picture in the top right to go to your Page.
  4. Click Settings & privacy, then click Settings.
  5. On the left hand side click Page Setup, then click Page access.
